Norma MacDonald @ Tipsy Muse Cafe

The time has finally come for us to gather in celebration of Norma’s latest album ‘Old Future’ which was originally scheduled for May 2020 (we all know how everything in the whole world had to change there for a while)
Norma MacDonald is a golden-voiced singer-songwriter residing in Halifax, NS. Her marriage of old folk-country stylings and contemporary troubadour influences has assured her consistent success since the release of her first album ‘Nothing is Where it Was’ in 2005. Since then she has gone on to record full-length 5 albums, including 2020’s ‘Old Future’, released in the early days of the pandemic but nonetheless went on to win glowing reviews in North America and the UK. It garnered an ECMA nomination in 2021 for Country Recording of the Year. She is about to start production on her 6th album with producer Dan Ledwell.
